Eligibility for Returns

Clear rules on when a product can be returned.

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Items not purchased directly from QDOptixal.com.

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

Refund Process

  1. Submit your return request by contacting our support team at support@qdoptixal.com

  2. Ship the product back to us using the return label provided.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

  4. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, QDOptixal covers return shipping.
